Decisions related to managing store operations, staff, and customer service are within the scope of the Assistant Store Manager’s core mandate.</p> <p>We are continuing our expansion on the North American market, and you will play a crucial role in curating exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the energy in the store. <strong>Join us as we open our brand new store at the Toronto Premium Outlets!</strong></p> <h5><strong>Your role will include:</strong></h5> <ul> <li> <p>Customer Service – promote, monitor, and follow up with the team on quality service through training and by acting as a positive role model when on the shop floor</p> </li> <li> <p>Supervise and lead store staff, including scheduling, training, development and coaching.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure the store is operating efficiently and meeting sales goals.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks.</p> </li> <li> <p>Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including managing visual merchandising displays.</p> </li> </ul> <h5>What we’re looking for:</h5> <ul> <li> <p>Maintains a high level of customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience at the store.</p> </li> <li> <p>Has a strong understanding of the store’s inventory and is able to manage it effectively, ensuring that the store has the right products in stock at the right time.</p> </li> <li> <p>Has a good understanding of the store’s financial performance and is able to identify opportunities to improve profitability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Is able to communicate effectively with the Store Manager, store staff, and customers, building positive relationships and promoting collaboration.</p> </li> <li> <p>Has a good understanding of the company’s policies and procedures and ensures that the store operates in compliance with those policies and procedures.</p> </li> <li> <p>Has the ability to coach and develop retail leads and sales assistants.</p> </li> </ul> <h5>What we offer:</h5> <ul> <li> <p>Salary Range <strong>$52,000 – $62,000</strong> per annum.
