Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing technology systems and processes related to McDonald's operations, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and business users to design, develop, and implement robust technological solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, perform quality assurance, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution integrity.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems, resolving issues promptly and minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, system manuals, and training materials.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, recommending innovative solutions to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
