Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare various food items according to recipes and established quality standards, including chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and making sauces.
  • Ensure all ingredients are properly portioned, stored, and rotated to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, kitchen area, and food storage units throughout the shift.
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations and best practices.
  • Assist line cooks and other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Receive and store deliveries, verifying quantities and quality of products.
  • Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently after receiving proper training.
