RESPONSABILITÉS

  • La personne sera responsable de diriger les activités préconstruction électromécanique;
  • Encadrer les livrables de l'équipe et recommander les stratégies globales en lien avec les risques, les opportunités et les objectifs d'affaires;
  • Jouera un rôle clé dans la planification des efforts, la qualité des estimations la satisfaction des clients et le développement des talents.


Requirements

EXIGENCES
  • Détenir un baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou dans un domaine du génie relié à la construction et posséder au moins 10 années d'expérience pertinente en estimation, dans l'une ou l'autre des disciplines suivantes:Protection incendie, plomberie, ventilation et régulation;
OU
  • Être titulaire d’une technique en mécanique, en estimation et évaluation du bâtiment ou dans le domaine du bâtiment et des travaux publics;
  • Posséder au moins 10 années d’expérience en estimation, dans l’une ou l’autre des disciplines suivantes : Protection incendie, plomberie, ventilation et régulation;
  • Connaitre les lois, règlements, codes et normes reliés aux champs d’activité;
  • Bilinguisme (un atout);
  • Avoir des connaissances dans les différents modes de réalisation : Traditionnel, gérance de construction et clé en main;
  • Connaissance des logiciels informatiques eTakeOff, Timberline et environnement Windows (un atout);
  • Être en mesure de travailler à distance avec des équipes des différents bureaux.
