Trunk or Treat Graphics

Project Overview

We’re looking for a graphic designer to create a set of branded creative assets for the City of Mableton x Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta Trunk or Treat & Movie Night. We'd like to have everything finalized for print by 10/1.

Deliverables

Please create the following three assets:

•Social Media Graphic featuring key event details

• Event Flyer featuring event details and a QR code linking to registration

• Event Agenda formatted as a ¼-sheet handout for attendees

All designs should include:

• City of Mableton logo

• Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta logo

• Cohesive branding across all three assets

When: Sunday, Oct. 18

Trunk or Treat: 4:30–6:30 p.m.

Movie Night: 7 p.m.

Please include a QR code directing attendees to the registration link.

Event Messaging:

Get your best decorations together and join us for Trunk or Treat at Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta’s Mableton Service Center.

Afterward, come next door to Camp Timber Ridge for a spooky showing of the 1990 film The Witches. Bring your own lawn chairs, mats/blankets, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.

Only personal-sized coolers are permitted and are subject to staff inspection. No alcohol is permitted on camp property.

Snacks will be available for purchase, with proceeds supporting Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta.

5:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. — Nature Exploration Walk

7:00 p.m. — Movie at Camp Timber Ridge
