THE ROLE

The Americas Strategics Partner Account Manager is a senior sales role responsible for driving indirect revenue growth across the Americas within the Worldwide Strategics segment. This person operates in tight alignment with the Strategics Americas Sales Leader, serving as a key partner to accelerate large, complex enterprise deals through strategic partners and co-sell motions.

Success in this role requires a balance of strategic influence, executive engagement, and hands-on deal execution, with a clear mandate to embed partners into the fabric of account planning, pipeline creation, and deal closure.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Partner directly with the Strategics Americas Sales Leader and account teams to drive partner-led growth across top strategic accounts
  • Embed strategic partners into account planning, deal strategy, and executive engagement models
  • Drive co-sell (“sell-with”) motions that accelerate pipeline creation and increase win rates on large, complex opportunities
  • Build and maintain senior executive relationships with key partners (GSIs, hyperscalers, and strategic alliances)
  • Develop a predictable pipeline of partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities tied to priority accounts
  • Lead joint account planning and pursuit strategies for top deals in partnership with sales, and value management teams
  • Create and scale repeatable partner-driven offerings (workshops, assessments, business value engagements)
  • Align with Marketing to execute targeted campaigns, executive events, and industry programs that drive pipeline

  • Americas Strategics Partner Strategy
    Define and execute the indirect strategy across the Americas, tightly aligned to the Strategics sales motion and top global accounts
  • Executive Partner Alignment
    Serve as the senior relationship owner for key partners in-region, ensuring alignment at the executive, sales, and field levels
  • Revenue & Pipeline Growth
    Build a scalable partner engine that delivers measurable impact on pipeline, deal velocity, and bookings within strategic accounts
  • Deal Acceleration
    Actively engage in top pursuits, ensuring partners are positioned to enhance differentiation, expand deal scope, and improve win probability
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Global Partner Organization, Value Management, and others to deliver integrated outcomes

  • Experience: In enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or channel leadership within a B2B technology environment
  • Strategics Mindset: Proven success operating in large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
