As a Services Remote Sales Engineer, you drive sales activities primarily through remote interactions, utilizing digital channels and Schneider Electric's Remote Sales tools to increase efficiency and customer engagement. You focus on developing and growing Services business from the installed base, driving contract renewals, converting inbound leads, and supporting Sales and Marketing campaigns. Executing operational and functional strategies within the Services Remote Sales discipline. You spend most of your time delivering and implementing non-technical processes and programs, requiring specialized knowledge and skills. Apply fundamental theoretical knowledge of remote sales techniques and Schneider Electric's service offerings. Make decisions within defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing. Solve problems that are typically straightforward and routine, working under general guidance. Adhere to policies, procedures, quality and compliance standards.
