Job Description

Senior Rev Ops Systems Analyst

What you will do:

  • Be the go to person for all Sales related Salesforce Questions

  • Own and admin implementation of Salesforce CPQ and Assist sales reps with quote tool

  • Partner with Deal Desk team to ensure a smooth flow of quotes, opportunities, and accurate amounts throughout the opportunity, including CPQ Advanced Approvals

  • Own, administer, and manage all related Sales tools

  • Own Lead Routing

  • Provide recommendations for sales tools improvements, enhancements, or replacements

  • Design, implement, and enhance systems infrastructure & business processes to support sales initiatives

  • Partner cross functionally to drive projects, including requirements gathering, execution, and training

  • Partner with the Rev Ops Lead to compile and verify Weekly, Monthly, and Quarter Business Reviews and insights for Sales Leaders and the executive staff

  • Provide hands-on support to various sales teams and business partners in Marketing and Finance

  • User onboarding and offboarding in Sales Systems

  • Technical ownership of Salesforce customizations, improvements, and automation

Your experience should include:

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, system development, and implementation preferably in the technology industry or a related field

  • Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent skill set

  • Expert Salesforce CPQ skills

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ Advanced Approvals

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus
