Als Sales Development Representative (SDR) bist du die erste Ansprechperson für potenzielle Kunden und legst den Grundstein für unseren Vertriebserfolg. Du identifizierst passende Unternehmen, nimmst proaktiv Kontakt auf und qualifizierst Leads für unsere Account Executives. Dein Ziel ist es, vertrauensvolle Erstkontakte herzustellen und Meetings mit unseren Account Executives zu vereinbaren.

Diese Position ist ideal für ambitionierte Talente, die eine Karriere im Vertrieb anstreben und bereit sind, schnell Verantwortung zu übernehmen.


Deine Aufgaben

  • Proaktive Ansprache potenzieller B2B-Kunden via E-Mail, Telefon, Social Media und Events

  • Qualifizierung von Inbound- und Outbound-Leads

  • Identifikation von Entscheidern und Analyse von Kundenbedarfen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing und dem Commercial Team zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung des Lead-Funnels

  • Pflege und Dokumentation im CRM-System 


Dein Profil

  • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Kundenservice oder einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil – Quereinsteiger mit Sales-Affinität und einer “can do” Mentalität sind herzlich willkommen

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative

  • Zielorientiertes Arbeiten, Lernbereitschaft und Hands-on-Mentalität

  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
