The Principal, Business Consulting will lead large-scale transformation programs, build lasting client relationships, and drive measurable business outcomes. The role bridges strategy and execution through analysis, solution design, executive communication, engagement management, and solution selling.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver large-scale transformation programs across diverse business capabilities
  • Break down complex business issues, analyze data, and design practical, actionable solutions
  • Develop clear, evidence-based narratives and executive-ready presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships grounded in trust and clear expectation management
  • Plan and manage multi-workstream engagements to ensure timelines and budgets are met
  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and facilitate engaging workshops
  • Navigate client pushback with composure, reading team dynamics and adapting approach as needed
  • Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Shape, explain, and help sell proposed solutions to stakeholders, driving engagements toward established outcomes
  • Frame all workstreams around client outcomes and trade-offs rather than deliverables alone

  • Ability to Carry Solutions Through to Sale: Not just framing the problem on slides, but understanding the solution deeply enough to help shape it, explain it, actively sell it to stakeholders and deliver engagements driving established outcomes
  • Client‑First Mindset: Consistently framing work in terms of client outcomes and trade‑offs, not just deliverables
