Join our field medical team as a Regional Echo Liaison, where you’ll play a critical role in bridging clinical science and real-world practice.<br><br>In this role, you will engage directly with healthcare professionals and thought leaders, providing scientific expertise and education in echocardiography—particularly in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). Your work will help ensure the safe and effective use of therapies while delivering valuable insights from the field to inform broader medical strategy. We offer a supportive and high-performing environment where your expertise is valued, your voice is heard, and your work makes a meaningful impact across the healthcare community.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Thought Leaders and Healthcare Providers</li><li>Lead peer-to-peer scientific discussions focused on the safe and appropriate use of therapies</li><li>Gather and communicate field-based insights on disease state, clinical practice, and patient management</li><li>Translate complex clinical and scientific data into clear, actionable insights for echocardiography and sonography professionals</li><li>Serve as a trusted scientific resource within the healthcare community</li><li>Align field activities with medical strategy and evolving stakeholder needs<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications & Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program (echocardiography required); bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Active cardiac ultrasound registry (RDCS or RCS required)</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of adult echocardiography experience</li><li>Experience in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) strongly preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of HCM and familiarity with relevant scientific literature</li><li>Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical data clearly and effectively</li><li>Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li><li>Proficiency in English (written and spoken)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Home-based role with 50–70% travel, including overnight and occasional weekend travel</li><li>Ability to travel by car and/or air as needed</li><li>Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and transport educational equipment (e.g., simulator)<br><br></li></ul><em>If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully – carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.<br><br><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, you may be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefit plans – including wellbeing support, retirement and financial protection benefits, and insurance offerings (medical, dental, vision, life and disability).<br><br>U.S.-based exempt employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off (FTO), which provides paid time off without a set accrual limit, subject to manager approval, along with 11 paid company holidays each year.<br><br>Non-exempt employees, RayzeBio employees, and employees located in Puerto Rico receive 160 hours of paid vacation annually for new hires (subject to manager approval), 11 paid company holidays, and 3 optional holidays.<br><br>Depending on eligibility, employees may also have access to additional time-off benefits, including paid sick leave, up to two paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, and leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, or military needs.
