Submit your application for reputed company below: Provider Scheduler Job reputed company and Qualifications The Provider Scheduler (work from home) ensures shifts are filled and reputed company assigned locations are adequately staffed according to the reputed company needs of the hospitals and reputed company volumes, work closely with managers and staff to ensure reputed company vacant shifts are filled and clinics are adequately staffed according to budgets and reputed company volume. What you will do in this role: • Build monthly schedules reputed company on the allowed reputed company hours. Will require a knowledge and understanding of how the reputed company budget is created and used. • Revise and update schedules as required or needed according to volume trends to ensure reputed company clinic maintain the desired efficiencies. • Must have a knowledge of the reputed company policies and procedures as reputed company as a knowledge of the number of hours required for PRN, part time, locums and full time positions. • Will run reports and utilize them to ensure reputed company employee is scheduled and works the hours according the classification in which they were reputed company. • Calculate budgeted hours and determine in advance how many FT employees are needed so the puzzle of the schedule fits together. Report reputed company concerns immediately (over or under staffed). • Will contact part time and PRN staff for their availability at least a month in advance. Coordinator will schedule part time and PRN staff according to reputed company needs and availability. • Work with clinic managers to be reputed company of new staff currently in orientation; ensure new staff are scheduled once they have been released from orientation. • Maintain and work reputed company shift report. • Ensure vacant shifts are filled by making calls and enlisting the help of the reputed company management team. This includes reputed company shifts due to staff absenteeism. • Follow up with appropriate individuals regarding concerns or problems with reputed company shifts or adequate staff available. • Help staff with shift swaps, this will take creative thinking and multiple phone calls. • Communicate continuously with managers regrading issues and concerns.
