Digital Marketing Specialist – Part-Time

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) with the possibility of becoming a permanent/full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, including Search and Shopping campaigns
  • Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Create and optimize lead-generation campaigns
  • Monitor advertising budgets, conversions, cost per lead (CPL), keywords and audiences
  • Perform keyword research and SEO optimization
  • Improve website and product-page SEO
  • Help improve organic Google rankings
  • Create and post content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Create basic graphics, videos, Reels and promotional content
  • Maintain a consistent social media content calendar
  • Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console and advertising performance
  • Assist with conversion tracking, Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager
  • Provide regular reports on leads, advertising performance, website traffic and SEO results
  • Recommend strategies to increase qualified leads and sales

Required Experience

Applicants must have hands-on experience with:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta/Facebook Ads Manager
  • Lead generation
  • SEO and keyword research
  • Google Analytics / GA4
  • Google Search Console
  • Social media management
  • Instagram and Facebook business accounts
  • Content creation

Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce, Google Merchant Center, Canva, TikTok and video editing is an asset.

Additional Assets

  • French language skills are an asset
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Experience working with e-commerce, equipment sales or B2B businesses is an asset

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who understands that digital marketing is about generating measurable business results, not simply posting on social media.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous experience generating leads through paid advertising and/or SEO.

When applying, please include examples of campaigns you have managed and, where possible, results such as cost per lead, number of leads generated, advertising spend managed, ROAS, conversions or SEO improvements.
