Job Description:

  • Manage a shared inbox receiving information requests
  • Log, track, and assign requests to team members
  • Analyze requestors, requested information, release eligibility, and applicable SOPs
  • Collaborate with program and customer staff to compile requested documents
  • Review files and redact information according to SOPs
  • Analyze complex or unique requests using prior scenarios and team/leadership guidance
  • Submit completed requests according to urgent or standard timelines
  • Manage, track, and authorize child advocate appointments for program participants
  • Participate in special projects, including large document requests related to litigation inquiries
  • Assist the FOIA team with processing requests and other tasks

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of related document or program analysis experience working at an agency that provides services for underserved/vulnerable populations
  • Demonstrated experience working with sensitive documentation
  • Understanding of proper PII handling
  • Experience following SOPs outlining release of information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
  • Experience working with underserved/vulnerable populations preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or relevant field preferred
  • MBI (T2) public trust requirement
  • Must be able to work 40 scheduled hours per week
