As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for managing partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, and composite returns, as well as leading and collaborating with team members virtually.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Provide tax compliance and planning guidance to PwC owners</li><li> Lead large projects and maintain operational excellence</li><li> Innovate processes to enhance tax reporting and compliance</li><li> Manage partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, and composite returns</li><li> Lead and collaborate with team members virtually</li><li> Develop and implement solutions to improve client satisfaction</li><li> Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success<br><br></li></ul>What You Must Have<br><br><ul><li> Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting</li><li> 6 years of experience</li><li> CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar<br><br></li></ul>What Sets You Apart<br><br><ul><li> Master's Degree preferred</li><li> Consulting with affluent individuals on tax and financial planning</li><li> Thorough technical skills in partnership K-1 income, state tax credits</li><li> Experience identifying and addressing complex client needs</li><li> Leading teams and coaching others</li><li> Developing relationships within PwC and sharing planning ideas</li><li> Knowledge of automation and digitization solutions</li><li> Leading implementation of solutions to improve quality and reduce hours</li><li> Thorough project management skills<br><br></li></ul>The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
