Part time business development representative

Overview

King Pins is seeking a motivated, organized, and outgoing Business Development Representative to help grow our corporate events, private buyouts, group bookings, and local partnerships.

Responsibilities:

● Identify and contact local companies, organizations, schools, and community groups

● Promote King Pins corporate events, private buyouts, and group packages

● Develop partnerships and referral opportunities

● Conduct outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn

● Follow up consistently with prospective clients

● Schedule meetings and presentations with interested businesses

● Maintain organized records of leads and follow-ups

● Provide weekly activity and progress reports

Requirements:

● Strong communication and relationship-building skills

● Experience in sales, business development, event marketing, or a similar role preferred

● Confident with cold outreach and following up with leads

● Self-motivated and able to work independently

● Organized and results-driven

● Comfortable using phone, email, and LinkedIn for outreach

Position Details:

● Remote position

● Approximately 16 hours per week

● Flexible schedule

● Part-time

● Performance-based growth opportunities

Compensation:
$18–$22/hour + commission

Commission may include approximately $200 for each qualifying corporate event or buyout booked, with final commission structure discussed upon hiring.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week
