As the Live Graphics expert, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging graphics for our live events and productions. Develop and design visually compelling graphics for live events and productions on various platforms, including broadcast and digital media. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and create innovative designs that align with Netflix's brand aesthetic. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously push the boundaries of design and stay ahead of the competition. Lead and mentor a team of designers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of graphics for live events and productions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Provide guidance and creative direction to junior designers and freelancers to maintain consistency and quality across all projects. Work closely with producers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs. Conduct thorough research and gather reference materials to inform the design process and ensure that designs are relevant, innovative, and visually appealing. Oversee the production process, including asset creation, animation, and final delivery, to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
