HR Recruitment Assistant - Full-Time Opportunity

Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates through various channels (email, phone, video calls).
  • Assist in managing the recruitment database and ensuring candidate information is up to date.
  • Prepare interview materials, offer letters, and employment contracts.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide recommendations to the hiring manager.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support in maintaining recruitment metrics and reporting as needed.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve recruitment strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred, but not required.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Flexibility to work remotely as needed (if applicable).
