, you will be the voice that guides them through challenges, celebrates their successes, and reinforces the trust they place in our brand. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of product and service issues, ensuring customers receive accurate, clear, and actionable information.
  • Document every interaction in careerzynith’s CRM system with meticulous attention to detail, capturing the nature of the issue, steps taken, and final resolution.
  • Identify patterns or recurring problems and proactively share insights with the Quality Assurance and Product Development teams to drive continuous improvement.
