            About the Role

            careeraxis is seeking a meticulous, detail‑oriented Data Entry Operator to become a cornerstone of our data integrity team. In this entry‑level position, you will be responsible for populating, updating, and verifying information across multiple database platforms. Your work will directly impact the accuracy of analytics, reporting, and strategic initiatives that drive our clients’ success.             Key Responsibilities

              Data Input & Management:

              Accurately enter large volumes of information into careeraxis’s proprietary and third‑party database systems, maintaining a high level of speed without sacrificing precision.

                Quality Assurance:

                Conduct routine data validation checks, identify inconsistencies, and correct errors to uphold the highest standards of data integrity.

                  Verification & Cross‑Referencing:

                  Compare source documents, spreadsheets, and digital files to ensure that every entry aligns with original records.

                    Confidentiality & Security:

                    Safeguard sensitive client and company data by adhering to strict privacy protocols and data‑security guidelines.

                      Process Adherence:
