Position Overview: Join our new café team "Hanoi Drip Coffee & Ba Le" as a Barista, where your passion for coffee and exceptional customer service skills will create an unforgettable experience for our customers. In this role, you will be crafting high-quality coffee beverages while fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare Banh mi and Serve Coffee Beverages: Craft a wide range of coffee drinks to customer specifications, ensuring quality and consistency. Maintain speed and efficiency without compromising on the coffee's taste and presentation. Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service, including greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and handling payments. Offer recommendations and share knowledge about our coffee offerings when appropriate. Maintain a Clean and Inviting Café Environment: Keep the service area, tables, and equipment clean and well-maintained. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory by tracking supply levels, placing orders for ingredients, and receiving and organizing stock . Team Collaboration: Work closely with the café team to ensure a seamless service experience. Support your colleagues during peak times and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications: Languages: English & Vietnamese Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for enthusiastic candidates with a strong desire to learn. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with customers and create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to drink preparation, café cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety standards. Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating reliability, support, and a positive attitude. Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed by the café.
