Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and laws to ensure the organization is in compliance with all relevant requirements. Work closely with various departments to provide guidance and support on compliance-related matters. Investigate and resolve compliance issues, and communicate findings to management. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during compliance audits and examinations. Communicate updates and changes in regulatory requirements to relevant stakeholders within the organization. Analyze data and produce reports to track compliance efforts and identify areas for improvement. Act as a resource for employees regarding compliance policies and procedures, and provide guidance on ethical and legal issues. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
