CFLA s.e.n.c.r.l. est une entreprise fondee en 2014 par trois associes specialises en fiscalite canadienne, americaine et internationale, tant pour les particuliers que pour les entreprises.

CFLA est aujourd'hui une equipe devouee de plus de 80 personnes ayant un fort sentiment d'appartenance au cabinet.

Nous sommes a la recherche d'une personne polyvalente pour assurer un service a la clientele de haut niveau et aider les equipes dans diverses taches administratives.


Il s'agit d'un poste de premier niveau au sein d'une entreprise en pleine croissance.

Le ou la candidat(e) ideal aura un grand souci du detail, travaillera bien sous pression, sera bien organise et pourra communiquer efficacement avec les intervenants internes et nos clients.

Vous aurez l'occasion de vous familiariser avec la fiscalite et de contribuer a l'amelioration continue des processus et des operations du service a la clientele.


Responsabilites


  • Maintenir un haut niveau de service a la clientele ;
  • L'assemblage, la livraison et la transmission des dossiers ainsi que les suivis connexes ;
  • Communiquer avec les membres de l'equipe pour assurer l'integrite des dossiers clients ;
  • Coordonner le flux de travail pour respecter les delais ;
  • Repondre aux courriels et aux appels telephoniques ;
  • La preparation et le traitement des factures ;
  • Diverses autres taches administratives au besoin ;
  • La saisie de donnees.

Exigences:

  • Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais a l'ecrit et a l'oral (l'anglais est requis afin de communiquer avec notre clientele, ainsi que de comprendre et analyser certains documents publies dans cette langue) ;
  • Connaissance pratique d'Office 365 ou d'une suite de logiciels similaire.

CFLA LLP is a company founded in 2014 by three partners specializing in Canadian, U.S. and international taxation, both personal and corporate.

We are looking for a versatile person to provide a high level of customer service and support the tax teams with various administrative tasks.


This is an entry-level position within a growing company.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, works well under pressure, is well organized and can communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and our clients.

You will have the opportunity to gain insight into taxation and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and operations.


Responsibilities


  • Maintain a high level of customer service ;
  • Assembly, delivery and transmission of files as well as the related follow-ups ;
  • Communicate with team members to ensure the integrity of client files ;
  • Coordinate workflow to meet deadlines ;
  • Respond to emails and phone calls ;
  • Preparation and processing of invoices ;
  • Various other administrative tasks as needed ;
  • Data entry.

Requirements:


  • Fluency in French and English both written and spoken (English is required to communicate with our clients, as well as reading, understanding and analyzing some documents);
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 or similar suite of software.
