ABOUT CLEARLIGHT INSIGHTS

Clearlight Insights is a US-registered market research agency that partners with leading market research and consulting firms to deliver high-quality primary and secondary research. We work across a broad range of research mandates - from large-scale quantitative studies to nuanced qualitative explorations - and are growing our client-facing team in the UK.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a permanent, full-time remote role, ideal for a motivated graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career at the intersection of research, consulting, and client services. You\'ll be the voice of Clearlight Insights to prospective and existing clients - reaching out, building relationships, attending and facilitating client meetings, and supporting account management activities that keep our partnerships running smoothly.

You don\'t need years of experience - you need sharp communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in market research and consulting.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients via email and LinkedIn to generate new business conversations
  • Draft and send tailored outreach messages that represent Clearlight Insights professionally and compellingly
  • Schedule, coordinate, and attend client meetings - preparing agendas, taking notes, and ensuring clear follow-through on next steps
  • Participate actively in calls and video meetings with clients, building rapport and representing the agency confidently
  • Support account management activities - following up on ongoing projects, maintaining client records, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline, and meeting outcomes
  • Collaborate with the research delivery team to ensure client briefs are well understood and acted upon
  • Help identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts

WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience - degrees or postgraduate qualifications in business, marketing, market research, social sciences, or a related field are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you\'ll be in client inboxes, on LinkedIn, and on video calls every day
  • Confident, professional, and personable - comfortable holding your own in meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple client threads and follow-ups at once
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and basic CRM tools is a bonus but not required
  • An interest in or exposure to market research, consulting, or B2B services is highly desirable

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary of £29,000–£32,000 per year, based on experience
  • Permanent, full-time role - this is a long-term position with genuine growth prospects
  • Fully remote - work from anywhere in the UK
  • Real client exposure from day one - this is not a back-office role
  • A collaborative, international team with a flat structure and direct access to senior leadership
  • A strong foundation for a career in client services, business development, or research consulting

Right to work: Candidates must hold full working rights in the UK. Clearlight Insights is not able to sponsor visas for this role.

If you\'re ambitious, articulate, and eager to grow in a fast-paced research environment, we\'d love to hear from you. Apply with your CV and a brief note (feel free to add a cover letter!) on why this role interests you.

Salary: GBP 29000 - 32000 per year
