Company Overview The Meridian Centre is a 5000 seat venue in St. Catharines, home of the Niagara Ice Dogs and Niagara River Lions. During the year we host a variety of hockey games, basketball games, concerts and other live events. We are seeking part time, casual individuals to work in all departments within the venue, including: Guest Services, Box Office, Operations and Food & Beverage. These positions are vital in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional experiences and customer service during concerts, hockey games and family events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events.
  • Adhere to all safety and operational protocols.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service or retail environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
