This role will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to configure and enhance Blue Yonder platforms, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.<br><br>The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in Blue Yonder modules along with a solid understanding of supply chain processes, including warehouse management, forecasting, and demand planning.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Development & System Configuration<br><br></strong><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement solutions within Blue Yonder platforms</li><li>Configure system modules including WMS, Demand Planning, Fulfillment, or Transportation</li><li>Develop customizations, integrations, and enhancements using Blue Yonder tools and frameworks</li><li>Write and maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code<br><br></li></ul><strong>Integration & Technical Support<br><br></strong><ul><li>Build and support integrations between Blue Yonder and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, defects, and performance challenges</li><li>Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements</li><li>Monitor system performance and recommend improvements<br><br></li></ul><strong>Business & Functional Collaboration<br><br></strong><ul><li>Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions</li><li>Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to support business objectives</li><li>Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical expertise<br><br></li></ul><strong>Testing & Implementation<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)</li><li>Assist in deployment activities and ensure smooth implementation of system changes</li><li>Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting<br><br></li></ul><strong>Documentation & Process Improvement<br><br></strong><ul><li>Maintain technical documentation for system configurations and enhancements</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience</li><li>Support best practices in system governance, data integrity, and process standardization<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills We Are Seeking<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field a plus</li><li>3+ years of experience with Blue Yonder platforms</li><li>Hands-on experience with one or more modules:</li><ul><li>Warehouse Management (WMS)</li><li>Demand Planning / Forecasting</li><li>Supply Chain Planning</li><li>Experience working in supply chain, logistics, or distribution environments</li><li>Experience with system integrations and APIs</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Knowledge of SQL, Java, or related programming languages</li><li>Experience with Blue Yonder WMS strongly preferred</li><li>Experience with cloud-based Blue Yonder solutions</li><li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Compensation & Benefits<br><br></strong>SiteOne offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support the well-being of our associates.
