We’re looking for a legit affiliate marketing pro who’s done this before and wants to do it again but with better tech and a more compelling mission. No BS just real results. We’re a bootstrapped profitable AI SaaS in the business transformation space. You’ll build our affiliate program from absolute zero. Your mission: recruit 100+ quality affiliates and scale the channel to $5M annual revenue. This is a contract-to-long-term role for a proven operator. The Problem We Solve: Entrepreneurs are drowning in busywork. They’re spread thin across a dozen apps and can’t focus on actual growth. Our platform uses AI to automate the operational grind for them but it’s backed by real human expertise. It’s not just another SaaS tool; it’s a force multiplier. We’re at that sweet spot of early traction with a killer product-market fit and now we need to scale. This isn’t about slapping a link on a spammy review site. We need you to build a community of genuine advocates—a movement. Think “AI Automators Guild” not just an affiliate program. What You’ll Actually Do The Real Job Description: Build the Machine: Design the entire strategy from the ground up. Recruitment commissions rules everything. You’re the architect. Hunt for Quality Not Quantity: Your main focus is recruiting 100+ actually good affiliates. We’re talking micro-influencers 10k-50k followers business coaches and real experts in our space—not coupon sites. Make Them Love Us: Manage these partnerships. Turn them into true believers and brand ambassadors. This means communication support and building a community. Optimize the Hell Out of It: Track everything. Squash fraud. Tweak commission tiers. Your goal is a 15:1+ ROAS and a program that basically runs itself. You’re Probably a Good Fit If You: Have literally done this before. You’ve scaled an affiliate program to at least $500k+ in annual revenue. This is non-negotiable. We need proof. Are a wizard with iDevAffiliate. We’re standardized on it and we need you to know it inside and out. Have managed a roster of 50+ active quality affiliates not just a thousand inactive ones. Understand the subscription game MRR recurring commissions LTV. Why This Isn’t a Soul-Sucking Contract: Zero to One: You’re building this from scratch. No legacy systems to fix no bad habits to break. Just clean-sheet design. Founders Who Get It: We’ve built and sold companies before. We won’t micromanage you. We’ll give you the tools and get out of your way. A Product That Sells Itself: Seriously the product is killer. Your affiliates will actually like promoting it. Real Growth Potential: This is a contract role to start but if you crush it there’s a clear path to Director of Partnerships and equity. We want you to win with us.
