Job Description This is a work from home position, however you must live in the Phoenix / East Valley area of Arizona. Qleen (also known as Queen of Maids) is a premier provider of residential and commercial cleaning services, operating in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and throughout the East Valley, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Tempe. What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls from customers and service providers. Respond to inquiries via email, text, and web chat. Help customers with bookings scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling services. Provide over-the-phone quotes for services. Assist service providers with questions about work orders and platform issues. Troubleshoot software issues for both customers and service providers. Work as part of a fully remote team using technology for communication, training, and meetings. Stay flexible with your schedule, which may vary within our business hours of Monday to Friday with rotating part day Saturdays. Responsibilities Skills Needed Able to analyze customer/provider emails and provide a thoughtful response that addresses all aspects of a customer's/provider's concern Able to handle incoming phone calls from customers/provider without getting nervous Track multiple issues at the same time Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions Able to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers Excellent communication skills; verbal and written Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks with minimum oversight Reliable internet, back-up internet, and computer system. Cannot work on a Chromebook.
