Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst.

Position: Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst (Job Id – 3494641)

Location: Los Angeles CA 90024(Hybrid Onsite 2 days per quarter)

Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension

  • Under the direction of an Application Manager, the Application Analyst performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications.
  • They design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line.
  • The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application.
  • The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.
  • Analyst will be focused on Charge RTE and Prelude build related to implementing new requests, optimization of current workflows, and input as needed for integration projects across the health system.
  • Scope of work will include tickets, projects, go-live support, upgrade support, and on-call rotation every 7 weeks. Additional work as needed.

 

Required Experience:

 

  • Grand Central and Prelude Certifications (RTE certification is a plus)
  • Minimum 4 years experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst
