Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window and Door Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows and doors across residential propertuse

Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets safety standards, quality expectations, and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building projects that enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal, all while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Pay will be determined appropriately based on skill and knowledge! Pay on a weekly basis

Responsibilities

  • Measure openings accurately and prepare surfaces for window and door installation using hand tools and power tools.
  • Install windows and doors securely using appropriate hardware, caulking, and sealing techniques to ensure energy efficiency and weatherproofing.
  • Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure compliance project specifications
  • Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
  • Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, levels, and measuring tapes.
  • Experience with power tools including drills, saws, grinders, and pneumatic tools.
  • Background in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry or restoration is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing windows and doors.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols.
