Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of manual tasks to support construction, maintenance, and installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within a dynamic and growing company.

Duties

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites
  • Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies
  • Perform general manual labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and material handling
  • Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials during projects
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
  • Assist with site cleanup and waste disposal to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications

Experience

  • Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or related manual labor roles is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety procedures is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Reliable work history demonstrating punctuality and dependability
