Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
  • Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits of various items
  • Assist customers with selecting products, upselling when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities
  • Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
  • Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and organization skills
  • Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are correctly labeled and organized
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette
