Website Developer Needed for Local Electrical & TV Mounting Business

I’m looking for a web developer/designer to build a professional website for my electrical and TV mounting/home services business in the Washington, D.C./DMV area.

Budget: $500–$600 fixed price.

I need a clean, modern, mobile-friendly website that is structured properly for local SEO.

The website should include approximately:

* Home

* About

* Electrical Services

* TV Mounting

* Home Theater / Media Walls

* Service Areas

* Reviews / Testimonials

* Contact / Request a Quote

Important requirements:

* I must own the website account and all website files/content.

* The website should be built on an account that I create and control.

* My domain is registered through ZenBusiness. I will NOT provide access to my ZenBusiness account. You will provide me with the DNS records needed to connect the domain, and I will make those changes myself.

* I need to be able to edit text, photos, services and pages myself afterward.

* Mobile responsive.

* Basic on-page SEO setup.

* Page titles and meta descriptions.

* Proper heading structure.

* Fast loading.

* Click-to-call buttons.

* Contact/quote form.

* Google Analytics and Google Search Console ready.

* No required monthly maintenance contract.

Please send me 3 examples of websites you’ve personally built, preferably for electricians, contractors, home-service companies, or other local businesses.

Also tell me:

1. What platform you recommend and why.

2. Exactly what’s included for my budget.

3. How many revisions are included.

4. Estimated number of pages.

5. Whether there are any recurring costs besides normal website hosting/platform fees.
