Hours: Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm

This role is available due to an existing vacancy and is open for immediate hire

Pay: $21-22/hour plus $0.60 shift premium

Job Responsibilities- FedEx

  • Organize and process outbound shipments by printing shipping labels and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment via FedEx.
  • Prior hands-on experience with FedEx shipping, including using the FedEx terminal and FedEx shipping software to create labels, track shipments, and manage documentation.
  • Use RF scanners to accurately pick, pack, and verify products for shipment.
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently, including Dock Stocker and Reach Truck (certification required).
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency in a fast‑paced warehouse environment while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure shipments meet quality, safety, and company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Demonstrate reliability, commitment, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably in shipping, receiving, order picking, or packing.
  • Mandatory experience with FedEx shipping, including label creation and use of the FedEx terminal system.
  • Experience using RF scanners for order picking and shipping confirmation.
  • Valid MHE certification with proven experience operating Dock Stocker and Reach Truck (required).
  • Ability to efficiently and accurately pick and pack products in a timely manner.
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, stand, squat, twist, bend, and kneel for intervals of 15–30 minutes.
  • Good reading, writing, and listening skills, with basic math proficiency.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
