This role is designed for current students who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations. You will work closely with supply chain teams and supervisors to support operational goals during weekend shifts.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Warehouse Operation Support</p><ol><li>Support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.</li><li>Assist in coordinating with warehouse and 3PL teams across different operational areas to help maintain smooth daily workflows.</li><li>Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding operational updates, issues, and priorities.</li><li>Support the implementation of action plans to meet operational targets and improve process efficiency.</li><li>Assist with monitoring daily task completion to help achieve key metrics and service levels.</li><li>Use WMS, TMS, ERP, or other internal systems to update inventory, shipment, and operational records accurately.</li><li>Support cycle counts, stock checks, and basic audits to help identify discrepancies and operational issues.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports, tracking data, and maintaining accurate documentation related to warehouse operations.</li><li>Help maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and readiness for daily operations.</li><li>When required and properly certified, operate forklifts or reach trucks to support warehouse activities during busy periods.</li><li>Perform other warehouse and logistics support tasks as assigned.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Health and Safety Support</p><ol><li>Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and warehouse rules during daily operations.</li><li>Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety standards and report any unsafe conditions promptly.</li><li>Support incident documentation and help ensure work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Open only to current college or university students.</li><li>Available to work on Monday to Wednesday shifts on-site.</li><li>Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Previous internship, part-time, or volunteer experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is an asset.</li><li>Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, is preferred.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting objects up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.</li><li>Proactive, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>Forklift and reach truck certification is preferred.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>SHEIN is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workplace environment.</strong></p>
