Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator - Full Time Saturday - Wednesday

Atripco Delivery Service is a fast-growing, Canadian-owned logistics company with over 50 years of experience in courier, distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to support our Calgary operations.

This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse responsibilities with dispatch coordination and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for daily shipments
  • Manage all inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries using our dispatch system
  • Dispatch and communicate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and delivery drivers throughout the day
  • Cleaning offices and warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Assist with receiving, sorting, and staging incoming shipments
  • Monitor order flow and ensure all deliveries meet service timelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery or order issues as they arise

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or dispatch experience is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers, Excel, and basic software systems
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving packages up to 50lbs regularly

Position Details

Schedule (35 hours/week):

  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (with potential for additional hours based on volume)
