Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, forklift license is a plus.. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy.

The job will be Tuesday and Thursdays 8-5. You will be the second person, on our cube van, doing deliveries for 2 stores. Also, the opportunity to work in the plumbing department to pick up extra hours. Knowledge of plumbing and builders department would be an asset.

Duties

  • Load and unload shipments using forklifts
  • Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, and order pickers, safely and efficiently
  • Perform heavy lifting tasks
  • Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper labeling of products
  • Support warehouse distribution activities by preparing items for shipment or storage
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all operations
  • To deliver merchandise into residental homes without causing damage to their property.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of warehouse distribution practices and logistics coordination
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy
  • Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, walking, lifting, and moving heavy loads

This Warehouse Associate position is vital for ensuring smooth warehouse operations through efficient handling of goods, equipment operation, and inventory management. We value safety-conscious individuals with a proactive approach to their work.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
