Allied Universal is seeking Security Professional - Valet Downtown Toronto, ON

Position: Security Professional - Valet

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Yorkville area)

Payrate: $23.97 per hour

Status: Full-time

Shift: Swing/Rotational Shifts - Days, Evenings. Rotational Swing Shifts (Mon,Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat & Sun )

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking a professional, customer-focused Security Professional - Valet for a prestigious luxury residential property located in Downtown Toronto, ON This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in valet services, luxury hotels, concierge services, front desk operations, guest services, hospitality, or other high-end customer-facing roles.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and a polished professional presence. We are looking for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, takes pride in delivering a premium resident experience, and can build positive relationships with residents, guests, and property staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in valet services, luxury hospitality, hotel operations, concierge, guest services, front desk, or a similar high-end customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience providing service in a luxury residential, hotel, hospitality, or premium customer service environment is highly preferred.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and polished demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to build rapport with residents, guests, and staff while delivering a high standard of service.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems, mobile devices, and wireless technology.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification is required.
  • Valid Full Class G Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract is mandatory.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
  • Provide professional valet services while ensuring the safe and efficient handling of resident and guest vehicles.
  • Deliver an exceptional resident and guest experience through courteous, prompt, and professional service.
  • Welcome residents and visitors, assist with inquiries, and create a positive first impression of the property.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other site staff.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs related to valet operations.
  • Address resident concerns and service requests promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support property management and site operations with additional responsibilities as required.
