US-Based Phone Rep for Inbound Customer Calls and Orders (Start This Week)

We're a chocolate factory in Miami. Our phones ring all day and we need someone great answering them, starting this week.

WHAT YOU'D DO

- Answer inbound customer calls.

- Place orders for customers over the phone in our own ordering system. It's simple and we train you on it. You don't need to know Shopify or any other software.

- Answer questions about hours, delivery and shipping times.

- Keep your work organized in Google Sheets and Google Drive.

You won't have to memorize anything. We hand you our employee guide, and every answer is already on our website. We need someone who can find an answer while they're still talking, without dead air.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Several years on inbound phones.

- A great phone presence. Warm, clear and easy to talk to, not just someone who can work a ticket queue.

- Fluent spoken English.

- Organized, and comfortable in Google Sheets and Google Drive.

- Based in the United States.

- Available during Eastern business hours, starting this week.

- You personally take the calls. No subcontracting, no rotating agents.

Scheduled shifts, growing through the holiday season. Hourly, paid through Upwork.

TO APPLY, ANSWER THESE THREE

1. What hours can you cover, Eastern time, and can you start this week?

2. How many years have you spent on inbound phones?

3. Will you personally be on every call?
