As a

Application Engineer Lead (Remote – Part‑Time)

at workpinnacle, you will:

  • Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume transactional data across multiple systems with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions—including Deals Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, and custom Lightning Web Components—to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Security, QA, Architecture, and Business Operations) to translate business objectives into scalable technical designs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and data‑entry specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Drive platform governance, ensuring compliance with workpinnacle’s standards for security, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Entry Excellence

  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with a 99.9% accuracy rate, adhering to established data‑quality standards.
  • Conduct routine data audits, identify anomalies, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data‑entry procedures, validation rules, and exception handling workflows.
  • Utilize automated tools (e.g., data‑import wizards, ETL pipelines) to streamline repetitive entry processes while preserving data integrity.

Salesforce Architecture & Development

  • Lead the end‑to‑end design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions that support workpinnacle’s omnichannel strategy.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code following best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Implement and manage integration flows with external systems (e.g., Mulesoft, NiFi, ETL platforms) to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies—scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives—to deliver incremental value on schedule.

Platform Stewardship & Governance
