UK B2B Cold Caller (Commission on Sales)

Remote, commission-only telephone work for a UK web design business. You call UK small businesses that have no website or a poor one, build their interest and keep the lead warm with follow-ups until they buy. We do the closing.

Pay is commission only. There is no base salary, no retainer and no guaranteed income. You are paid GBP 250 for every sale from your leads, GBP 125 when the client pays the deposit and GBP 125 when the site goes live. There is no pay per meeting. If none of your leads buys, you are paid nothing.

You work as a self-employed independent contractor. There are no minimum hours, no set shifts and no obligation to accept work. You are free to work for others at the same time.

We provide the dialer, the phone numbers, the leads and the scripts. You provide a computer, a headset, a stable internet connection and a quiet place to call from.

Calls are made to UK businesses during UK business hours, roughly 8:30am to 5:00pm UK time, Monday to Friday. All calls are recorded and transcribed for quality and payment verification.

Cold calling is mostly refusals. Most calls end in a no, and this work suits people who are comfortable with that and keep going. Previous cold calling experience helps but is not required. You must speak clear, confident English, because you are speaking to UK business owners.

To apply, record a short voice note reading part of our script and email it to us. We listen to every one.
