Toronto Event Set Up

Looking for a fun, flexible way to earn extra cash and be part of exciting live events? We’re building a standby team for several high-end, one-night shows happening throughout Toronto in 2026 and we want energetic, reliable people to join us behind the scenes.

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy live events, fast-paced environments, and flexible work that fits around your schedule.

What’s in It for You:
$19.50/hour, paid weekly

What You’ll Be Doing:
Unloading merchandise and décor from delivery vehicles
Setting up props and décor on stage
Assisting at the merchandise table
Ushering guests, directing to washrooms, and providing face-to-face customer service
General clean-up and teardown at the end of the event

Schedule:

Multiple shows throughout 2026 across the GTA (Downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, etc.)
Events typically run Fridays, Saturday, and Sundays in the evening
Shift times vary, but usually start late afternoon and end around 11:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:
18+ with a valid Social Insurance Number
Previous event or setup experience preferred
Face-to-face customer service experience required
Able to lift, bend, kneel, and stay active throughout the shift
Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
