Territory Manager, Facial Aesthetics

Job Description:

  • Develop robust business plans to execute brand strategies and tactics in the field
  • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and support customer needs
  • Create pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluations
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to build trusted relationships
  • Execute call plans and optimize coverage of key customers
  • Build understanding of customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, market segments, accounts, products, and clinical expertise
  • Share market intelligence with the district manager and team members
  • Differentiate Allergan Aesthetics’ value proposition with healthcare providers
  • Identify, develop, and maintain knowledge, market insights, and speakers/advocates
  • Support integrated account plans and maximize brand performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Science or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years in a Specialty Sales role within the pharmaceutical and/or aesthetic industry
  • Experience in physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, B2B, or Marketing preferred
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Ability to identify customer style/behavior and adapt selling approach
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficient use of business tools
  • Strategic and critical thinking capabilities
  • Innovative problem-solving ability
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Comfort with technology and various tools/systems
  • Ability to work evenings/weekends occasionally, including overnight travel
  • Valid driver’s license and passport
  • Advanced knowledge of English / fluency in English required
  • Strategic territory planning ability
  • In-depth analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with in-field and cross-functional team members
