Job Description:

  • Provide customer support and advanced field technical support within Honeywell’s Process Measurement & Control Service Team
  • Identify, investigate, resolve, analyze root causes, and replicate advanced technical issues experienced by the field team
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software and solve equipment problems
  • Provide direct support to internal and external customers
  • Liaise between Field Service and Technical Support/Engineering
  • Create timely, detailed, and accurate analysis reports
  • Provide technical service and customer solutions
  • Prepare service quotations and manage service documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments
  • Manage challenging projects to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure team technical competency and help develop training curriculum for the Field Organization
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Ensure proper documentation and recording of all activity and communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service engineering or a related role
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license
  • Must speak French and functional English
  • Significant experience in customer and product support
  • Industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset and leadership capabilities
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, SharePoint, SAP, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to train and motivate others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • DEC, Engineering degree, or equivalent work experience valued
  • High School Diploma + DEP valued
