Reporting to the Director, SMB IT Solutions, you’ll interact with our client’s user communities regularly. You’ll support a variety of technologies and respond to a wide range of support issues. The job can be stressful at times, but you know how to manage user’s expectations.</p><p>You recognize that filling out tickets and documenting activities are a fact of life. No one likes doing them, but they need to be done well.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><p>·      In-depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (10/11)</p><p>·      Fundamental knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems (2016/2025)</p><p>·      Fundamental knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)</p><p>·      Excellent Customer Service Skills</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Additional Skills</strong></p><p>·      Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V an asset</p><p>·      Knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication an asset</p><p>·      Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 365 an asset</p><p>·      Knowledge of ConnectWise and remote tools an asset</p><p>·      Knowledge of PBX systems an asset</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Results Only Work Environment</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Informanix is a virtual firm.
