Technical Product Specialist

NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Product Specialist to solve issues, build technical tools, and create sample demos using brand-new technologies. On one end, you'll work closely with engineering to help improve the product while on the other end staying engaged with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring customer success and communicating their needs to the engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for outstanding customer experiences.

What you'll be doing:

  • First in line to test internal build of Digital Human Tech products SDK, plugins, tools, or apps.
  • Report test result, provide feedback and follow up on tickets created.
  • Develop new tools and improve workflow to Digital Human Tech using Python/C++
  • Bridge communication between customers and developers.
  • Deploying and test Digital Human Tech Microservices.
  • Build tutorial and workflow documentation.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor in Computer Science or related engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience
  • Proficient in Python but C++ experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Background in character setup and animation in 3D applications
  • Experience with source control and team engineering effort

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Self-motivated towards team goals
  • Strong background in skeletal animation, and deformation systems
  • Experience in Realtime 3D project development, animation, audio processing and numerical processing.
  • Demonstrate interest with generative AI in Computer Graphic
  • Familiar or have work with CUDA and TensorRT

The base salary range is 108,750 CAD - 227,500 CAD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
