Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Management professional to join a well-established Talent Management team. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to drive talent identification, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to drive talent and leadership development initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Support the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of talent management frameworks and processes.
  • Facilitate key talent discussions and contribute to workforce planning activities aimed at strengthening organisational capability.
  • Leverage people data and insights to support talent decisions, workforce planning, and succession readiness.
  • Coordinate talent assessment and development activities to support leadership pipeline and capability building efforts.
  • Monitor programme effectiveness and provide recommendations to improve talent outcomes and employee development experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement talent and leadership development solutions.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and leverage technology to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of talent practices.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience within Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Organisational Development, or related HR specialisations.

  • Hands-on experience managing talent review cycles, succession planning frameworks, and talent assessment processes.

  • Familiarity with talent assessment tools would be advantageous.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence leaders across different levels of the organisation.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting workforce data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Self-driven, resourceful, and passionate about talent development and organisational growth.
