Talent Acquisition Associate – Junior to Intermediate Recruiter

Job Description:

  • Represent Granum’s mission, culture, and commitment to the green industry to prospective candidates
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for SDR, Onboarding, and Support roles
  • Source, screen, and close candidates end to end
  • Build and maintain a bench of warm candidates
  • Proactively source through LinkedIn Recruiter, personal networks, and top performers’ networks
  • Keep candidate pipeline data current in Greenhouse
  • Balance business needs with candidate experience
  • Support the team and candidates through additional duties as needed
  • Report directly to the VP, People & Culture and work alongside the Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements:

  • Experience recruiting or sourcing candidates in a fast moving environment
  • Comfortable owning a high volume, recurring workload without losing attention to detail
  • Confident running outbound outreach and cold conversations
  • Organized enough to keep a bench of candidates warm over months
  • Familiarity with an ATS; Greenhouse is a plus
  • Familiarity with a sourcing tool like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Interest in AI and leveraging the latest technologies for recruitment
  • Candidates must have proper work authorization to work for any employer in Canada or the U.S. without company sponsorship
