The Role

Are you a motivated student or recent graduate looking to launch your career in technology sales?

Orkestra SCS is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SaaS sales, business development, and customer engagement while working with an innovative supply chain technology company.

As an SDR, you will be a key contributor to our sales growth by identifying potential customers, creating new business opportunities, and building relationships with companies in the logistics and supply chain industry.

You will receive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop valuable skills that can support a long-term career path in sales, account management, customer success, or other areas of the business.

Professional fluency in English is required for this role.

Responsibilities

As an SDR, you will:

· Research and identify potential customers that match Orkestra’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

· Connect with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels

· Create personalized outreach messages that communicate Orkestra’s value proposition

· Qualify leads and understand customer business challenges

· Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team

· Maintain accurate activity tracking and follow-ups using CRM tools

· Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

· Learn about the supply chain, logistics, and SaaS industries

· Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and team development activities

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in technology sales.

The ideal candidate

· Is currently enrolled in a college/university program or is a recent graduate

· Has strong verbal and written communication skills in English

· Is curious, proactive, and comfortable starting conversations with new people

· Enjoys learning about businesses, technology, and solving customer problems

· Is organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

· Demonstrates resilience and a positive attitude when facing challenges

· Is comfortable using technology and learning new tools

· Has experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, student leadership, or other customer-facing roles (an asset)

· Has an interest in sales, business development, SaaS, logistics, or supply chain technology

Previous sales experience is not required — we value attitude, curiosity, and coachability.
