Ce poste exige des compétences avancées pour garantir la satisfaction des utilisateurs en CAO. Dans ce rôle, vous fournirez un soutien de haut niveau aux utilisateurs d’AutoCAD dans un cadre bilatéral, en assurant l'intégrité des systèmes et des applications CAO. Avec plus de 15 ans d'expérience en optimisation de logiciels, vous serez responsable du diagnostic et de la résolution des incidents tout en formant les utilisateurs. Votre expertise garantira le bon déroulement des projets techniques à travers l’Amérique du Nord.
